Carlos Correa

We have heard that Carlos Correa ( All-star shortstop) is now a free agent coming off his 6th year with the Houston Astros. Correa is a very skilled and talented shortstop who was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. There are multiple teams that want Correa, but he is just going to choose whichever team is offering a higher contract, because everything is about the money these days. In fact, the reason Correa is a free agent right now is because the Astros wouldn't pay him enough money that he wanted. Carlos Correa was also a very big factor in all of the Astros playoffs run including the World Series triumph in 2017. Astros don't want Correa now, because they have looked at minor player, Jeremy Peña who is apparently a total stud and could turn out like Correa. The team that has the highest probability of gaining Carlos Correa is the Chicago Cubs. The Cubs used to be a very good team, but since they have traded away all of their most skilled players, they are looking to rebuild. Cubs once had stud Javier Baez who was incredible. He was traded to the New York Mets and is not going back to the Cubs. The Cubs are now looking for a skilled shortstop such as Carlos Correa.
