Hello, Everyone, we are very sorry for the lack of articles over the past month. We have been working very hard on our other article company KAHW Sports and improving that website. Now back to this article. In the latest battle between the two companies over royalty payments for use of 5G wireless technologies in iPhones, Ericsson of Sweden has filed another lawsuit of patent infringement charges against Apple. Ericsson has 57,000 patents their main being 2g 3g 4g and 5g. In 2015 Ericsson attempted to sue Apple for the first time, this suit ended in a patent deal worth an estimated 14 Billion Crowns ($1.5-$1.64 Billion USD). In their current deal, Ericsson earns $2.50 to $5 for each Apple iPhone that is sold. Ericsson is now suing Apple for a consistent 5 dollar royalty charge. Ericsson says that their recent deal with Samsung (which is a consistent 5 dollar royalty charge) gives them the edge in this lawsuit. On the stock wise of this lawsuit if Apple takes a loss their stock may fall because 5G is one of their biggest money-making patent deals. If I were you I would be watching the stock over the next few months if you are a holder in this stock. Apple stock has shown to be a good consistent stock in the market and I don't see this suit making the stock fall over 20%. If the Apple stock did have a major fall I would think about buying because previous falls have shown that the stock can always rebound from a fall. At the time that I write this article Apple stock is worth 170.25 dollars and the company is worth 2.78 Trillion dollars. Thank you for tuning in to this article and I hope that you forgive us for not posting any articles for months.
